Parameters
hostAppActivating
Type: System.BooleanTrue if the host application is gaining activation, false otherwise.
threadId
Type: System.UInt32If hostAppActivating is true this represents the thread ID if the thread that owns the window being deactivated. If it is false it is the thread ID of the thread that owns the window that is being activated.
