ModelElementBrowser.LoadReference Method
performs the needed steps in order to load the reference in this browser 1. Clears all the previous elements 2. Sets the current status based on the context 3. Load the elements (if needed) This method controls the following states: NoModelRef, NoElementRef, InvalidModelRef if ref==null =>NoModelRef (no model loaded) else if ref is valid model ref =>NoElementRef (need to peek an element) else => InvalidModelRef (couldn't peek an element because the model ref is broken)
