The ISessionHelper type exposes the following members.

	Name	Description
	Count	Queries the server to find the number of test sessions matching the given query.
	Create()	Creates a new test session.
	Create(Int32)	Creates a new test session and sets the plan id.
	Delete	Delete specified sessions.
	Find	Retrieves a single test session from the server based on its unique Id
	FindByLink	Retrieves a single test session from the server based on its unique Url.
	Query	Queries the server to find all test sessions matching the given query.
