Type: UInt32[in] Integer. A VSCOOKIE value identifying the IVsWebServiceProviderEvents interface to unregister. Value comes from the call to AdviseWebServiceProviderEvents.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
