GenerateApplicationManifest.Publisher Property
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Specifies the PublisherName property in the project file.

A string value that corresponds to the PublisherName property in the project file.
Remarks
This property corresponds to the PublisherName property in the project file. The default value is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). If PublisherName is null and UseApplicationTrust is true, the assembly name is written to the application manifest.
