IUpdateService::IsScanPackageService property
Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether a service is based on a scan package.
This property is read-only.

Property value
VARIANT_TRUE if the service is based on a scan package; otherwise, VARIANT_FALSE.
Error codes
Returns S_OK if successful. Otherwise, returns a COM or Windows error code.
