journal queue

JOURNAL

A keyword appended to the format name of a queue or computer to indicate that the associated queue journal or computer journal is requested.

To create a format name for a queue journal, obtain a format name for the destination queue and append ";JOURNAL" to the end of the returned format name.

To create a format name for a computer journal, obtain a format name for the computer and append ";JOURNAL" to the end of the returned format name.

journaling level

A queue property that specifies whether the queue's queue journal should be used, or a message property that indicates whether the source computer's computer journal or dead-letter queue should be used.
