IOCTL Constants (Windows CE 5.0)
The following table shows the IOCTL constants.
| Constant | Description |

| OAL_IOCTL_FLAG_NOCS | This constant specifies the flag codes for the IOCTL table. When the OAL_IOCTL_FLAG_NOCS flag is set, the IOCTL handler function will be called in deserialized mode. This prevents any critical action from being taken or released before or after the handler is called. |
