This method chooses the word probability for the lexicon manager. The word probability allows fine adjustments for the decoder to pick alternate words over current ones.

HRESULT Commit(  SPPHRASEALTREQUEST* pAltRequest,  SPPHRASEALT* pAlt,  void** ppvResultExtra,  ULONG* pcbResultExtra);

Parameters

  • pAltRequest
    [in] Pointer to an SPPHRASEALTREQUEST structure containing a request for alternate words.
  • pAlt
    [in] Pointer to an SPPHRASEALT structure containing the alternate words.
  • ppvResultExtra
    [out] Address of a pointer to additional information for the alternate words.
  • pcbResultExtra
    [out] Pointer to the size, in bytes, of the information specified by ppvResultExtra.

Return Values

The following table shows the possible return values.

Value Description
S_OK Function completed successfully.
FAILED(hr) Appropriate error message.
