For the Location Framework to operate there needs to be plugins that will either provide location information or resolve location information into a form the application requires. These plugins are Providers and Resolvers and provided separately.

To construct a plugin the writer must follow the interface design of the Location Framework. These are the interface functions and structures that are required.
