Out of Memory User Interface Reference (Compact 2013)

This language reference section contains descriptions of the programming elements available to OS developers for the Out of Memory user interface. The Out of Memory user interface (UI) is a window that is displayed to the user when the system has reached its out-of-memory (OOM) threshold.
