Prerequisites for the ILTIMING IOCTL Test (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

As with the other OAL IOCTL Tests, the ILTIMING IOCTL Test requires no additional hardware. The test runs in kernel mode. Therefore, the -n option is required to run the test cases correctly.
