Wall Clock and GTC Drift Test (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The Wall Clock and RTC GTC Test compares GetTickCount timer drift against an external clock. It allows comparison of the GetTickCount timer against a stop watch or any other external clock source. This is a manual (semiautomated) test.
