This method informs the object that it is being initialized as a newly created object.

| S_OK | The object successfully initialized itself. |
| E_UNEXPECTED | This member was called after IPersistPropertyBag::Load or IPersistPropertyBag::Save. |
Remarks
The implementation of this method should return S_OK even if the object does not perform any actions in this method. It should not return E_NOTIMPL.
