Bluetooth Stack Extension Layer Functions

The following table shows the functions available to OS developers for the Bluetooth stack extension layer, with a description of the purpose of each.

HCI_CloseDeviceContext This function is used to free all the states allocated by HCI_EstablishDeviceContext.
HCI_DataPacketDown_In This function is a pointer to an interface that is used to send data packets to the HCI layer.
HCI_DataPacketDown_Out This function is a pointer to a callback function that is used to indicate completion of data packet transfer to HCI Transport layer.
HCI_DataPacketUpAclUnbuffered This function is a pointer to an event that is used by the HCI layer to indicate pre-reassembly data packets.
HCI_DataPacketUp This function is a pointer to an event that is used by the HCI layer to indicate reassembled data packets.
HCI_EstablishDeviceContext This function is used to establish a connection to HCI stack layer.
