This function is called to initiate a power up or down sequence for all loaded file system drivers.

  DWORD dwflags
);

Parameters

  • dwflags
    [in] Distinguishes the type of power notification to be sent to the file system drivers. The following table shows the possible flags for this parameter.
    Flag Description
    FSNOTIFY_POWER_OFF Power off the file system drivers.
    FSNOTIFY_POWER_ON Power on the file system drivers.

Return Values

None.

Remarks

This function should only be called by the Power Manager or by the OEM if the Power Manager is not present and before they have called PowerOffSystem.
