This property specifies whether to start playing the clip automatically.

Compatibility: Windows Media Player, ActiveMovie

MediaPlayer.AutoStart [ = bStart ]

Parameters

  • bStart
    Boolean value specifying whether to start playing the clip automatically. If true, the clip automatically starts playing when the FileName property is set. If false, the clip does not start until the Play method is called or the user clicks the play button. This property is read/write with a default value of true.

Remarks

ActiveMovie compatibility mode is only supported through Windows CE .NET 4.1.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE 3.0 and later.
