Operational Characteristics of NDIS Object Identifiers
The following table shows MAC bridge support for the operational characteristics that are specifically defined for Ethernet drivers by NDIS.

| OID_802_3_PERMANENT_ADDRESS | Permanent station address | The bridge must use a MAC address that is both unique within the home network and also different from the MAC address of any of the bridge's NICs |
| OID_802_3_CURRENT_ADDRESS | Current station address | Same as OID_802_3_PERMANENT_ADDRESS |
| OID_802_3_MULTICAST_LIST | Current multicast address list | Query: Bridge returns the current multicast list
Set: Bridge driver records requested multicast addresses |
| OID_802_3_MAXIMUM_LIST_SIZE | Maximum size of multicast address list | A large value (0x000000FF) |
| OID_802_3_MAC_OPTIONS | NIC flags (encoded) | Not supported |
