This method sets the properties of a media sample

HRESULT SetProperties(
  DWORD cbProperties,
  const BYTE* pbProperties
);

Parameters

  • cbProperties
    [in] Length of property data to set, in bytes.
  • pbProperties
    [in] Pointer to properties to set. cbProperties specifies the length of the data. This value can be NULL if cbProperties is NULL. Data conforms to the format of the AM_SAMPLE2_PROPERTIES structure.

Return Values

Returns an HRESULT value that depends on the implementation of the interface.

Requirements

DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements. See Setting Up the Build Environment for more information.

OS Versions: Windows CE 2.12 and later. Version 2.12 requires DXPAK 1.0 or later.
