IVoIPMediaMgr::InitializeRTCClient
This method initializes the RTC client. It calls IRTCClient::Initialize, inherited by IRTCClient2. Alternatively this method can call IRTCClient2::InitializeEx. Initialization of the client is the media manager's chance to disable the RTC media stack if necessary. InitializeRTCClient must return successfully for the VoIP manager to continue to use the client pointer.
