Adding Support for Answering Voice Calls

The VoiceAnswer entries are a sequence of commands that Unimodem sends to the modem to answer voice calls and monitor for other calling tones. The following example contains four VoiceAnswer entries that define a sequence of commands to answer a voice call:

HKR, VoiceAnswer, 1,, "at#cls=8<cr>" (select voice)
HKR, VoiceAnswer, 2,, "at#vls=8<cr>" (route phone line i/f through modem)
HKR, VoiceAnswer, 3,, "at#vbt=1<cr>" (beep tone timer)
HKR, VoiceAnswer, 4,, "ata<cr>" (answer)
