Allow or restrict remote access to digital media

To allow or restrict Remote Web Access to digital media for a specific user account
Open the server Dashboard. For information about the various ways to access the Dashboard, see How to access the Dashboard.
On the main navigation bar, click Users.
In the list of user accounts, select the user account that you want to change.
In the <User Account> Tasks pane, click View the account properties. The Properties page for the user account appears.
On the Remote Web Access tab, do one of the following:
To allow the user account to use Remote Web Access to browse and play the media files on the server, select Allow Remote Web Access and show select links, select the Media check box, and then click Apply.
To prevent the user account from using Remote Web Access to access the media files on the server, clear the Media check box, and then click Apply.

To prevent the user account from using Remote Web Access to access any resources on the server, select Do not allow Remote Web Access, and then click Apply.
