Implements AvailabilitySet DELETE method.
Deregisters the ScVmm availability set from Azure.

DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.ScVmm/availabilitySets/{availabilitySetResourceName}?api-version=2024-06-01
With optional parameters:
