Deletes an vCenter.
Implements vCenter DELETE method.

DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.ConnectedVMwarevSphere/vcenters/{vcenterName}?api-version=2023-12-01

With optional parameters:

DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.ConnectedVMwarevSphere/vcenters/{vcenterName}?api-version=2023-12-01&force={force}
