The Delete Trigger operation deletes an existing trigger in a collection.

DELETE https://{databaseaccount}.documents.azure.com/dbs/{db-id}/colls/{coll-id}/triggers/{trigger-id} Note that the {databaseaccount} is the name of the Azure Cosmos DB account created under your subscription.
