Get Help with Support

If you're having issues with the Engage Center website, please follow these steps:

  • Select the "question mark" icon at the top of the page to open The Support & Troubleshooting page.
  • This page provides user documentation that helps you and your team onboard and troubleshoot.
  • If you find this to be insufficient, you can reach the support team by clicking on the "Submit a support issue" button and follow the next steps to create a support case.

Requests for help with Services Hub are generally replied to within 8 business hours. This is a free service that does not align to any contractual obligation. Support is provided via email for issues related to the Engage Center platform and features.
