Create a collaboration space with sales templates

Collaboration spaces in Teams have two templates that you can use to set up structured teams, channels, apps, and links to your CRM data:

  • Account team - This template is designed for seamless collaboration within account teams and with customers. Applied at the team level and linked to a CRM account, this template provides an ideal workspace to collaborate with account team members and customers.

  • Deal room - This template is tailored for focused collaboration on deal-related activities. Applied at the channel level and linked to a CRM opportunity, this template provides a dedicated space for efficient teamwork.

Eliminate setup overhead

Sellers can quickly start the setup from Outlook, and then Microsoft Copilot for Sales automates the rest, bringing the appropriate people, apps, and CRM context together to collaborate effectively.

Convenient access within sales workflows

After these collaboration spaces have been set up, sales teams can conveniently access them from Microsoft Copilot for Sales in Outlook or directly from the Dynamics 365 Sales app, within the context of their accounts or opportunities. This availability eliminates the hassle of searching for the correct place to collaborate, saving valuable time for the sales team.
