Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft Power Platform brings the following low-code tools to enable organizations to build digital transformation solutions.
Additionally, Microsoft Power Platform is the foundation of many Dynamics 365 applications, and you can use it to extend and integrate with other solutions.
Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent - Provides exceptional customer service with intelligent, adaptable virtual agents. Enable customer service experts to create and enhance bots with AI-driven insights.
Power Apps - A suite of apps, services, and connectors, including a data platform that provides a rapid development environment to build custom apps for your business needs. Power Apps can be split into two categories: canvas apps and model-driven apps. Canvas apps use a maker studio to help you to custom develop the appearance and behavior of an app, whereas model-driven apps use a traditional model for the user interface. Also, canvas apps are more widely used for data outside of Dataverse, whereas model-driven apps appear and behave like a Dynamics 365 app and are built directly on top of Dataverse.
Power Pages - Allows anyone, whether inside or outside your organization, to interact with Dataverse data by using Power Pages.
Power BI - Enables everyone, at every level of your organization, to make confident decisions by using up-to-the-minute analytics.
Power Automate - Has the ability to automate and connect Power Platform with hundreds of connectors and the ability to create custom connectors. You can expand your Dynamics 365 ecosystem far beyond what Microsoft has to offer, including Google, Salesforce, Marketo, and Amazon.
