You can get support with Copilot for Service on the community forums, or you can submit an idea or suggestion for Copilot for Service.
Features that have been released for general availability are eligible for support through Microsoft Support.
Community forums
On the community forums, you can check if other users have posted a solution that might help you. Ask the community to get answers and tips directly from other Copilot for Service users.
Submit an idea or suggestion
If you have an idea that could improve Copilot for Service, you can Submit an idea or suggestion for Copilot for Service.
Microsoft support through Microsoft Power Platform admin
If you're an administrator of your Copilot for Service tenant, you can use the Microsoft Power Platform admin center to request support from Microsoft.
Sign in to the Power Platform admin center.
In the side pane, select Help + Support > New support request.
