Now, it is time for you to get hands-on with the azure_ai extension. In this exercise, you install the azure_ai extension in an Azure Database for PostgreSQL database and explore the extension's capabilities for integrating Azure OpenAI and the Azure AI Language service to incorporate rich generative AI capabilities into your database.

To complete this exercise, you will need an Azure subscription and be approved for Azure OpenAI access. If you need Azure OpenAI access, apply at the Azure OpenAI limited access page.
