You can use the Customer credit and collections workspace to view, manage, and take action on collections information, activities, and cases for a customer all in one space.

Let’s look at the major features of the Customer credit and collections workspace:

  • In the My work tab, the agent can view their activities and customers on a customized screen.
  • The information can be filtered by company, customer account and currency.
  • Summary tiles provide a high-level display of open activities, open cases, customers over credit limit, payment journals not posted, and much more. By clicking the Summary tiles, the agent can drill down into the supporting detailed reports for each tile.
  • Graphics providing aged balances and balance by status offer the agent a view of aged account balances.
  • FastTabs provide quick access to more collections information such as customers overdue, aged balances, credit limits, customers on hold and much more.
