Exercise - Obtain Microsoft Teams Essentials and Power BI Premium Trial licenses
In this exercise, you add the necessary Microsoft Teams Essentials and Microsoft Power BI Premium trial licenses used in later exercises. You complete this exercise as the Billing Administrator, Hannah Travis.
Task - Obtain a Microsoft Teams Essentials license
In this task, you obtain the necessary Microsoft Teams license that is used in later exercises.
Sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center as Hannah Travis.
Go to Marketplace, under All products, search for Microsoft Teams Essentials, scroll down to Microsoft Teams Essentials (with TRIAL AVAILABLE tag), and then select Details.
Under Select a plan, select Microsoft Teams Essentials (Trial).
On the side panel, change the Quantity to 25 and select Update. Select Place order.
Close the side pane.
You receive a confirmation email on your business email, with the details of your purchase.
Task - Obtain a Power BI Premium trial license
The Microsoft Power BI Premium trial license helps you deploy the Retail Insights dashboard, which is an optional component in the Store operations solution.
Sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center as Hannah Travis.
Go to Marketplace under All Products, search for Power BI Premium, scroll down to Power BI Premium Per User, and then select Details.
Under Select a plan, select Power BI Premium Per User (Trial).
On the side panel, change the quantity to 25 and select Update. Select Place order.
When you complete these steps, the Power BI Premium Per User trial license is available in the trial tenant.
