This module gives you a high-level overview of each step of the 360 setup. Throughout the course, guidance pages are linked for more detail to assist with the setup action. To configure and launch a 360 program successfully, complete the following steps:

  1. Familiarize yourself with Viva Glint 360 vocabulary.
  2. Understand the user experiences for both subjects and feedback providers.
  3. Ensure all participants have access to Viva Glint and authenticate with Microsoft Entra ID.
  4. Review and update General Settings.
  5. Setup 360 specific user roles & permissions.
  6. Create the 360 feedback program.
  7. Create the 360 cycle within the program.
  8. Customize the cycle settings and survey questions.
  9. Customize messages sent to subjects.
  10. Customize competencies mapped to survey questions.
  11. Specify a start date and corresponding end dates.
  12. Customize messages sent to feedback providers and other participating roles.
  13. Add subjects, feedback providers, and coaches to cycle.
  14. Launch the cycle.
  15. Monitor results and add reminders as needed.
  16. Monitor and manage the generated 360 reports.
