How do I grant access to results?
Configuring User Roles
Access to results is configurable for different levels of management within your organization. You will choose which populations are granted access to the results, what attributes they can access, and the type of data they can review. These settings are configured within the User Roles.
User Roles commonly participating in Viva Glint programs include HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Managers, Executive Leaders, and company admins.
Granting Access
Viva Glint recommends granting access to leaders after the survey is closed, but Live Access can be granted to a limited number of team members before the survey closes. With Live Access, the user role can track response rate progress across groups in your organization. Typically, only company admins and a select group of HR individuals have access to the results while the survey is live. When a user role is created with Phased Access, they receive access to results only after a survey is closed.

Only managers who meet confidentiality requirements can be granted access to their own team’s results.
