What is the stakeholder alignment journey?

There are four stages in the journey:

  • Vision & Strategy (V&S). To help organizations align on what needs to be measured and envisioned in its desired state, facilitate live discussion with stakeholders on key business and talent priorities, culture, and opportunities.
  • Program design. Share the recommended survey program strategy and design for stakeholders’ consideration and approval.
  • Executive Consultation (EC). A results presentation with the Executive and/or HR leadership team, providing guidance on how to drive sustainable, positive change in the organization.
  • Transformation. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to build capabilities among leaders, evolve program design, and strengthen the partnership. This typically begins six weeks after the EC.

While the V&S session can be conducted in a single 60 to 90-minute meeting, that’s not always possible. Customize the approach by breaking up the components or running multiple sessions to meet the needs of your stakeholders.
