KeLeaveGuardedRegion function (ntddk.h)
The KeLeaveGuardedRegion routine exits a guarded region entered by KeEnterGuardedRegion.

Remarks
Guarded regions can be nested, so APCs are only reenabled once the thread exists the outermost guarded region.
