Runs the NDIS test server.

[WTTRunWorkingDir]\ndistest\bin\ndtest.exe /auto /client /dvi /u /target:Miniport /tc:[queryTestDeviceID] /support:[SupportDeviceGuid0] /msg:[ClientMessageDeviceGuid] /script:{2c_Mini6RSSSendRecv.wsf}

Runs the NDIS test client.
