WsSendMessage function (webservices.h)
Send a message on a channel using serialization to write the body element.

Parameters
[in] channel
The channel to send the message on.
[in] message
The message object to use for sending.
The message object must be in WS_MESSAGE_STATE_EMPTY or WS_MESSAGE_STATE_INITIALIZED.
[in] messageDescription
The action field of the WS_MESSAGE_DESCRIPTION is used as the action header for the message. This field may be NULL if no action is required.
The bodyElementDescription field of the WS_MESSAGE_DESCRIPTION is used to serialize the body of the message. This field may be NULL if no body element is desired. See WsWriteBody for information about how the bodyElementDescription is used to serialize the value.
[in] writeOption
Whether the body element is required, and how the value is allocated. This is used only when a body element is desired. For more information, see WS_WRITE_OPTION and WsWriteBody.
bodyValue
The value to serialize in the body of the message.
[in] bodyValueSize
The size of the value being serialized, in bytes.
[in, optional] asyncContext
Information on how to invoke the function asynchronously, or NULL if invoking synchronously.
[in, optional] error
Specifies where additional error information should be stored if the function fails.

Remarks
To include custom headers with the message, initialize the message WsInitializeMessage with WS_BLANK_MESSAGE and then add the headers using WsAddCustomHeader before calling this function.
