ICertStore::CloseHandle method

The CloseHandle method closes an HCERTSTORE handle acquired through the StoreHandle property.

Syntax

CertStore.CloseHandle( _
  ByVal hCertStore _
)

Parameters

hCertStore [in]

The HCERTSTORE handle to be closed.

Return value

The return value is an HRESULT. A value of S_OK indicates success. Any other value indicates that the operation failed.

Remarks

This method does not release the HCERTSTORE handle contained within a Store object. It should be used only to release a HCERTSTORE handle acquired through the StoreHandle property.
