IOCTL_KEYBOARD_QUERY_EXTENDED_ATTRIBUTES IOCTL (ntddkbd.h)
The IOCTL_KEYBOARD_QUERY_EXTENDED_ATTRIBUTES request returns information about the extended keyboard attributes.
