ISyncRegistrationChange::GetInstanceId method (syncregistration.h)
Gets the instance ID of the synchronization provider or synchronization provider configuration UI associated with the event.

The instance ID.
Return value
The possible return codes include, but are not limited to, the values shown in the following table.
