IContextTransactionInfo::GetTxIsolationLevelAndTimeout method
Retrieves the isolation level and timeout value of a transaction that is hosted in the root transaction context.

The ISOLATIONLEVEL value for the transaction.

The timeout of the transaction, in seconds.
Return value
This method can return the standard return values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and S_OK.
