[The feature associated with this page, DirectShow, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by MediaPlayer, IMFMediaEngine, and Audio/Video Capture in Media Foundation. Those features have been optimized for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Flag that indicates whether a run-time error has occurred.

Syntax

bool m_bRunTimeError;

Remarks

This flag defaults to FALSE. Set the flag to TRUE if a run-time error occurs during streaming. The CBasePin::Inactive method resets the flag to FALSE.
