[out] Array of size celt
or larger for the return of components in the enumeration sequence.

[out] Pointer to the number of elements supplied in rgelt
. The caller can pass in null if celt
is one.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
