The OnValidate(Object) method verifies that value is a DirectoryControl object.

The object to evaluate.
Exceptions
value is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
value is not a DirectoryControl object.
Remarks
This method does not return a value. Instead, an exception is thrown if the specified object is null or is not a valid DirectoryControl object.
