Comentarios

La ToolTip.Draw clase genera el ToolTip evento cuando ToolTip se dibuja y el valor de la ToolTip.OwnerDraw propiedad es true. La DrawToolTipEventArgs clase contiene toda la información necesaria para pintar , ToolTipincluido el texto de información sobre herramientas, , Rectangley el Graphics objeto en el que se debe realizar el dibujo.
