Domain user getting: The sign-in method you’re trying to use isn’t allowed

I'm troubleshooting a problem with a domain user who when trying to log in to his domain account gets the message "The login method you are trying to use is not allowed"

Every link I clicked is for people seeing this error when trying to log in locally.

That's not the issue here, the user can't log in with their domain account.

This is a frequent problem we face when after employees change the computer, for example, the user can log in on the old computer normally but on the new computer the domain user gives access to: The login method you are trying to use is not allowed.

I found a solution but it is not good to add all users to the admin group

    If you see the sign-in method you’re trying to use isn’t allowed error on your computer screen, then use these suggestions to resolve the error:

    1.Add User to ‘Allow Log on Locally’ Group Policy

    2.Remove User from ‘Deny Log on Locally’ Group Policy

    Note: You can remove this restriction if you have access to the administrator account or the domain controller. Otherwise, you will have to request your administrator to do the needful.

    Hello , Yanhong LiuThe problem therefore comes on client PCs (Windows 10/11)not on the server , once the computer has joined the domain, I can't connect with any account in the domain, unless I add the user to the group. administrator
