Using T4 Templates with Visual Studio 2010 Database Projects

I had a request to update my Visual Studio 2008 GDR Database projects CRUD generator to Visual Studio 2010. Not much has changed except for some references and directory locations. The flow of the add-in is identical to the 2008 version. Below are the pertinent links.

    msi does not work, not show error, simply not installing i have win xp. greetings.

    Is it listed in your Visual Studio 2010 Tools.Add Ins dialog?

    It's not working with SQL 2012 SSDT VS 2010 projects.... doesn't show up anywhere

    This only works with TSData projects VS2010.  It doesn't work with the new database project type "SQL Server" commonly called SSDT.
