We are trying to create an updated list of users who are having issues logging into their XBLIG account or need other
technical support.  If you are running into a technical or billing issue with XBLIG please send an email to
creators@microsoft.com using one of the subject lines listed below. 

Please use ONLY one of these three subject lines, as we will use these to filter responses. If you have
multiple issues please send one issue per email:

  • ACCOUNT/LOGIN PROBLEM - <Username>
  • PAYMENT PROBLEM - <Username>
  • OTHER SUPPORT REQUEST - <Username>  

In the body of your email include your XBLIGusername and any relevant information. Prior to emailing, please be sure to review the Indie

    I tryed to contact you so many times. I send 7 emails since the 23 of May.. I never had a reply. Please, help me with my issue!

    This, is what I wrote since 23 of May: I'm trying to renew my annual AppHub Developer Subscription, but when I try to confirm the payment, I got this error: This action cannot be done at the moment, retry later. Also I tried with a new CC (never used and never inserted as payment method before), and I got the same error. I contacted my bank, and there's any request from you. in the last 6 days, Microsoft's server never asked for a payment of 75€. I have the same error described in this topic: xboxforums.create.msdn.com/.../558648.aspx I'm asking to you, and I'm allowing you to try to renew manually my subscription, as it has been wrote in this topic, as a solution of this bug: xboxforums.create.msdn.com/.../93236.aspx "If you still encounter errors please note that we are aware of the issue and working to resolve this for those accounts still pending.  If you still encounter errors please submit an eform and the last four of the credit card to charge so we can renew your account manually." so, it's possibile for you to renew it for me. it's really frustrating this situation. Please, help me to solve this situation.

    hello. what program Do I need to install Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4.0. I downloaded and install Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and then when I want to install the Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4.0. what program  should I get to install? thank you
