L’exemple de code suivant ouvre le magasin de certificats utilisateur actuel, sélectionne uniquement les certificats actifs, puis permet à l’utilisateur de sélectionner un ou plusieurs certificats. L’exemple écrit ensuite les informations de certificat dans la console.

Remarques

Les extensions définies dans le format de certificat X.509 v3 permettent d’inclure des données supplémentaires dans le certificat. Un certain nombre d’extensions sont définies par ISO dans la définition X.509 v3, ainsi que par PKIX dans RFC 3280, « Profil de liste de révocation de certificats (CRL) ». Les extensions courantes incluent des informations sur l’utilisation des clés (X509KeyUsageExtension), les identificateurs de clé (X509SubjectKeyIdentifierExtension), les stratégies de certificat, les informations de révocation (extension du point de distribution CRL) et d’autres utilisations.
